Below, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about parking at Dallas Love Field Airport.

General Parking Questions

  • Step 1: Visit https://onlineparking.dallas-lovefield.com. Enter your information as prompted (e.g., departure date/time, return date/time, etc.). You will need your license plate number to complete your purchase.

 

  • Step 2: Select your arrival/departure dates and times.

To allow time for parking and boarding we recommend setting the entry time at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure, and the exit time 1 hour after your return flight arrival time.

 

  • Step 3: Enter your booking information and proceed to payment.

 

  • Step 4: Complete payment method information and submit card payment by         entering the required information into the boxes provided. Please ensure that the details you provide are correct.

 

  • Step 5: Your payment confirmation will appear on the next screen. Please print for your records. An email confirmation will also be sent to the email address provided under the booking information.

You may use a debit or credit card to book your reservation. An email confirmation will be sent once the reservation is complete.

  • Yes. You must pre-book your parking online which involves pre-paying for your parking with a credit/debit card. Once this is completed, you can enter parking Garage C through the TollTag lane.

 

  • The Toll Tag number used to book your reservation must be identical to the TollTag confirmed at the time of booking and must be the same TollTag used to exit airport terminal parking.

 

  • Airport parking facilities only accept NTTA (North Texas Tollway Authority) TollTag. TxTag is NOT accepted.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.

You may prepay for parking up to 30 days in advance of your planned arrival date/time to the airport.

Your parking itinerary must be between 24 hours and 30 days.

Vehicles left in the parking garage for more than 60 days after the booking exit time will be considered abandoned and will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Yes, you may use the same card for multiple transactions.

When Using QR Codes as method of entry ONLY:

  • A: QR Code Customers may enter and exit through any available lanes

 

When using NTTA Toll Tag as method of entry:

  • A: Toll Tag Customers must use a designated Toll Tag lane for entry and exit.

Your Toll Tag credit card on file with NTTA will be billed for any extra charges

(i.e. overstays, extended trips)

 

When Using QR Code as method of entry with a Toll Tag:

  • A: Customers who have a Toll Tag on their vehicle but choose to use a QR Code as the method of entry must contact NTTA and temporarily disable their Toll Tag for Dallas Love Field Airport, this will allow you to use any available lane for entry and exit of the garages.

Online booking is currently only available for Garage C. The Department of Aviation does not guarantee a specific parking space, only a specific parking level of Garage C (3rd floor).

Disabled parkers may prepay for parking in Garage C (3rd floor) but marked Disabled parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance, and the Department of Aviation does not guarantee availability of specific parking spaces upon arrival to Garage C (3rd floor), including the availability of marked Disabled parking spaces. Disabled parking is generally available for holders of valid permits or license plates in all airport Garages, but online booking for parking, including Disabled parking, is currently only available for Garage C (3rd floor). Vehicles parked in marked Disabled parking spaces in any airport Garage must display appropriate credentials in accordance with State of Texas law.

We do not offer advance reservation for complimentary Disabled veterans parking through the online reservation system. Please visit https://www.dallas-lovefield.com/veterans-parking for more information on Disabled veteran parking.

You may cancel your reservation, and receive a full refund, up to one (1) hour prior to your scheduled booking entry time. To cancel you booking, click on the ‘Manage My Booking’ My Booking | Dallas Love Field Airport (dallas-lovefield.com) and click cancel.

Modifications to your reservation, including shortening or extending your reservation, may be made up to one (1) hour prior to your scheduled booking entry time. For modifications that shorten the booking period, refunds reflecting the difference between the original purchase and the purchase price for the shorter period will be issued if the modification is properly made at least one (1) hour prior to booking entry time. To do so, click on the ‘Manage My Booking’ My Booking | Dallas Love Field Airport (dallas-lovefield.com).

Modifications to your reservation, including correcting the license plate number provided to reflect the vehicle you will actually be parking in the garage, must be made at least one (1) hour prior to your booking entry time. There is no additional fee for correcting the license plate number provided to reflect the vehicle you will actually be parking. No modifications may be made to your booking reservation within one (1) hour of your scheduled entry time: If you enter the Airport with a different vehicle/license plate other than what’s reflected in the itinerary record, your online prepayment will not be honored and you will be charged at the posted parking rate. No refund will be issued for your original booking.

There is a two (2) hour grace period for your online booking scheduled entry/exit time. If you arrive before or exit after this grace period, you will be charged the length of the stay before and/or after the grace period at DAL’s currently posted parking rates (these rates may vary from the rates quoted via the online booking system) and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit on those charges. DAL’s current posted parking rates are located on each kiosk at the entrance of the parking garages and can also be found on the following webpage https://www.dallas-lovefield.com/garages-valet/parking-information.

If upon your arrival no parking spaces (or no marked Disabled parking spaces for Disabled parkers with appropriate credentials) are available in the garage in which you prepaid for parking (online booking is currently only available for Garage C (3rd floor)), please contact us at 214-670-LOVE (5683) for parking assistance. You will be relocated to the first available parking (or Disabled parking for Disabled parkers with appropriate credentials) and compensated for the difference in the parking rate, if any.

Your prepaid booking confirmation email will include the amount paid. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, contact AVIParking@dallascityhall.com.

Currently all online reservations are for Garage C – Premium Level 3 Failure to park in this designated area will result in you being charged at the posted parking rate. No refund will be issued for your original booking.

The City of Dallas complies with all federal laws applicable to using encryption for processing payments.

In order to process online bookings, the City will collect and store personal information, including your name, address, phone number, email, license plate number and TollTag information. Such information may be provided to the City’s outside service providers as necessary for the purpose of processing the online booking. Such information may also be used by the Department of Aviation for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes (such as email notifications to customers in the customer loyalty program comprised of frequent parkers, offering new features and options for online bookings, as well as promotional offers with discounts for future online bookings). The City will not sell customer information to third parties.
