Online Parking Reservation Terms & Conditions 

  1. Introduction

These Online Parking Reservation - Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) apply to all individuals and entities that use the City of Dallas’s (“City”) Department of Aviation’s (“Department”) online booking system to book terminal parking in a parking garage at Dallas Love Field Airport (“DAL”). By booking terminal parking in a parking garage at DAL through the online booking system you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions apply to you and you agree to be bound by them.

  1. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Department reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current Terms & Conditions will be displayed on the DAL website.  Please ensure that you check the Terms & Conditions posted at https://onlineparking.dallas-lovefield.com/terms-and-conditions/ prior to and/or at the time of booking.

  1. Online Parking Reservation System

You may book terminal parking online at https://onlineparking.dallas-lovefield.com. Once you have submitted a request using the online booking form at the link provided you will receive an email confirmation of your booking and a receipt of payment. Your booking is not complete until you have received an email confirmation.   

General Information:

  • Online parking booking may not exceed a thirty (30) day period.

 

  • DAL terminal parking utilizes standard size parking spaces. Parking garages have varied clearance heights. DAL parking garages are unable to accommodate oversized or high-profile vehicles for online bookings. Height restrictions for Garage C are as follows: 8’-2”.

 

  • Online booking is currently only available for the third (3rd) floor of DAL Garage C. You are not guaranteed a specific parking space.

 

  • The Department reserves the right to limit the number of bookings per person, as well as the number of parking spaces available for booking via the online booking system.

 

 

Instructions and Other Rules and Requirements:

  • Provide the license plate of the vehicle to be parked at DAL when booking.  Only the vehicle with the license plate given at booking may enter the garage under an online parking reservation.

 

  • Confirm the use of a North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) TollTag for entering and exiting DAL terminal parking during a booked visit or utilize a Quick Response Code (QR Code) generated by the online booking system.

 

    • If entering DAL terminal parking by using a NTTA TollTag, it must be identical to the TollTag confirmed at the time of booking and must be the same TollTag used to exit DAL terminal parking.

 

    • If entering DAL terminal parking by scanning a QR Code generated by the online booking system, the same QR code must be used to exit DAL terminal parking.
  • There is a two (2) hour grace period for your online booking scheduled entry/exit time. If you arrive before or exit after this grace period, you will be charged the length of the stay before and/or after the grace period at DAL’s currently posted parking rates (these rates may vary from the rates quoted via the online booking system) and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit on those charges. DAL’s current posted parking rates are located on each kiosk at the entrance of the parking garages and can also be found on the following webpage:https://www.dallas-lovefield.com/garages-valet-parking-information.

 

  • The resale or market of any DAL terminal parking booking, whether on its own or bundled with other products or services, is prohibited.  Resale or marketing will result in the cancellation of the booking(s) without refund.

 

  • Failure to adhere to these instructions, rules, or requirements may result in the cancellation of booking(s) without refund, the requirement to pay the applicable posted rate for your use of Airport terminal parking at the time of your exit, and/or non-issuance of a refund of the online booking rate paid in advance, as applicable.

 

 

  1. Online Booking Purchase Price and Payment

The booking purchase price quoted by the online booking system is fixed only when you complete your booking. Until booking is completed, prices quoted by the online booking system may vary depending on time of booking and availability.

When providing credit card information to complete your online booking, you are authorizing the Department to charge your credit card in the amount of the quoted purchase price.

The Department may offer discounted or promotional rates for use in online booking terminal parking. All such discounts and promotions are subject to limited availability. The Department reserves the right to add or remove parking spaces to or from the promotion, or to vary, amend or cancel promotional rates at any time.

  1. Cancellation, Modifications, and Refunds

Cancellations and modifications to your booking can only be made up to one (1) hour PRIOR to the beginning of your booking period (your booking entry time). You are unable to modify or cancel your reservation after that time. Cancellations or modifications can be made to your reservation before your booking entry time by clicking “Manage My Booking” and selecting the relevant options.

Cancellations made at least one (1) hour before booking entry time will receive a full refund. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations made less than (1) hour before booking entry time.

When modifying a booking, if the purchase price for the new requested booking period exceeds the purchase price for the original booking period, you will be required to pay the difference.

When modifying a booking, if the purchase price for the new requested booking period is less than the purchase price for the original booking period, you will be refunded the difference in purchase price if the modification is made at least one (1) hour prior to booking entry time.

Refunds will NOT be issued for any modifications made less than one (1) hour before booking entry time, or for trips that are shorter than the parking period booked online due to late entry into or early exit from the parking garage.

All refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of booking (NO exceptions).

  1. Discounts and Alternatives

If your booking period is affected in the event of an airline flight cancellation, delay, or inclement weather; a discount may be applied at the City’s discretion. Please contact AVIParking@dallas.gov for further assistance.

Any vehicle left unclaimed in excess of sixty (60) days after your booking period ends (the booking exit time), in the absence of special arrangements with the Department, will be removed at your expense in accordance with the information provided on the Garages and Valet page of dallas-lovefield.com.   

If upon your arrival no parking spaces (or no marked Disabled parking spaces for Disabled parkers with appropriate credentials) are available in the garage in which you prepaid for parking (online booking is currently only available for Garage C (3rd floor)), please contact us at 214-670-LOVE (5683) for parking assistance. You will be relocated to the first available parking (or Disabled parking for Disabled parkers with appropriate credentials) and compensated for the difference in the parking rate, if any.   

 

  1. Personal Information

In order to process an online booking, the City will collect and store personal information, including your name, address, phone number, email, license plate number and TollTag information. Some of this information may be provided to the City’s outside service providers as necessary for the purpose of processing the online booking.  Such information may also be used by the Department for promotional and marketing purposes (including email notifications regarding new features and options for online booking, and promotional offers included within the customer loyalty program comprised of frequent parkers).  Your use of the online booking system and/or DAL’s airport parking facilities indicates your consent to the City’s collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information, and to your receipt of promotional and marketing materials. The City will make best efforts to protect the personal information that the City has under its control from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss, such as following appropriate technology and security policies and rules. The City will not sell customer information to third parties.

As a governmental entity, the City is subject to and required to comply with the Texas Public Information Act (“TPIA”) when responding to open records request made under the TPIA. If the City receives a request for information collected in connection with your use of the online booking system, you may seek a decision from the Texas Attorney General's Office identifying the exception or exceptions to disclosure believed to apply. The TPIA requires a brief to be submitted to the Attorney General’s Office explaining why the claimed exception or exceptions to disclosure apply to the information at issue.  The City is not obligated to submit the brief supporting those claimed exceptions.  The City is only responsible for providing such additional supporting information as the Attorney General’s Office may need, if such information is in the sole possession of the City.

Should the Texas Attorney General render a decision indicating that all or part of the information must be disclosed, the City shall be required to disclose the information unless you successfully challenge the Attorney General in accordance with the requirements of TPIA. The City is not required to institute or to participate in any litigation relating to a TPIA request for information that you consider to be confidential.

  1. Indemnity

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE CITY, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LAWSUITS, JUDGMENTS, COSTS AND EXPENSES FOR PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), PROPERTY DAMAGE OR OTHER HARM FOR WHICH RECOVERY OF DAMAGES IS SOUGHT, SUFFERED BY ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF OR BE OCCASIONED BY YOUR BREACH OF ANY OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, OR BY ANY NEGLIGENT OR STRICTLY LIABLE ACT OR OMISSION OF YOU, YOUR OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR SUBCONTRACTORS, IN THE USE OF THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM OR THE USE OF DAL PARKING FACILITIES. THIS INDEMNIFICATION INCLUDES ANY COSTS OF DEFENSE, EXPENSES, FEES, PENALITIES, AND CHARGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL SURVIVE THE EXPIRATION OF ANY ONLINE BOOKING PERIOD.

  1. Assumptions of Responsibility & Waiver of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT IF YOU ARE PARKING AT dal AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU ASSUME FULL RESPOONSABILITY FOR ANY RISK OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY THAT MAY RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM AND/OR YOUR USE OF DAL PARKING FACILITIES.

YOU HEARBY, RELEASE THE CITY, THE DEPARTMENT, AND CITY’S OFFICIAL AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES IN BOTH THEIR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CAPACITIES (“RELEASES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, SUITS, DEMANDS OR CAUSES OF ACTION, INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM ANY NEGLEGENT ACT OR OMMISIONS OF THE RELESES, WHICH MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM AND/OR YOUR USE OF DAL PARKING FACILITIES.

  1. Safety and Security

In using DAL parking facilities you must:

  • Comply with all laws and all other requirements relating to safety and security.

 

  • Comply with all parking signs, no parking zones and directions issued to you by Department staff.

 

  • Not cause any obstructions, including parking across or occupying more than one parking space.

 

  • Park in a normally marked parking space and adhere to all regulatory signage. Vehicles parked in marked Disabled spaces must display appropriate credentials in accordance with State of Texas law.

 

  • Drive carefully and responsibly.

 

City may issue citations for violations of applicable laws, rules, or regulations for any parked vehicles within DAL facilities.

The City and/or, its agents or representatives, including but not limited to Department staff, may enter, move or tow away your vehicle for operational, safety or security reasons.
